Your Impact
As a Collections Specialist, you'll:
Drive performance across your own portfolio of late-stage recoveries
Skip trace, investigate, and resolve customer accounts with confidence
Negotiate, overcome objections, and deliver sustainable solutions
Partner with field agents, solicitors, and internal teams
Handle hardship applications with empathy and compliance focus
Contribute to team success while smashing your own KPIs
What You Bring
Experience in financial services collections (secured/unsecured)
Proven skills in late-stage recoveries & skip tracing
Resilient, energetic, and persistent with problem-solving flair
Strong negotiator and communicator, able to build rapport fast
Positive, team-first attitude - adaptable, social, and fun
Confident with Microsoft Suite (Salesforce a plus)
Litigation experience highly regarded
