Job Title: Automotive Warranty Claims Administrator
Location: Remote (1 Day per Week in Office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. To be successful in this role you must have experience working as a mechanic.
Key Responsibilities:
Using your mechanical back ground you will view and approve warranty car claims.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely claim resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and product specifications.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience working as a car mechanic
Strong understanding of care engines
Ability to view warranty claims and determine if our client is at fault or not
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
