A leader in the Debt Collection and Insurance Claims Recovery sector, they are currently looking to expand their team in their journey to achieve excellence and success.
Therefore, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives or Collections Officers to take responsibility of driving positive outcomes for both their clients and customers through high-levels of customer service. Acting as the first point of contact, this role aims to maximise the recovery of outstanding debts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inbound & Outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish connections with customers
Negotiate the collections of outstanding funds
Action incoming correspondence via email and mail
Detailed and accurate file action notes for all customer interactions
Level of customer service in line with client requirements
