Customer Service Representative
(Part-Time) 30hrs
Maternity Leave role for 18 months
$37 per hour full time base plus super

Based in Braeside, our client is a market leader in flexible barrier packaging, offering smart, innovative and environmentally responsible solutions across Australia.

They are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join thier team and manage one of their Major Accounts

As one of the largest customer accounts, the role requires you to work in the office based in Braeside, working closely with other team members.


In this role, you will:
• Communicate with suppliers, freight companies, and customers on purchase order statuses, creating stock statuses, and resolving any issues or queries.
• Use the Greentree CRM system to process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and update records.
• Work closely with your internal dedicated sales team member to process customer requests.
• Coordinated freight and shipping for customer orders and provided ETAs.
• Develop customer relationships through practical communication skills and customer service.
• Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required by the customer service and administration team
