About the Role:
We have multiple customer service advisor positions available across the helpdesk team, the critical desk team and the logistics team.
The purpose of this role is to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in an efficient, professional and polite manner.
The positions will be initially working from home, with some training onsite in the office in Mulgrave- there is breakfast and car parking supplied each day!
There will be a view to go back into the office soon part time
The working hours will be Monday- Friday on a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm.
If you wanted to work extra shifts there is some weekend shifts available- all penalty rates paid!
These positions are all temp 2 perm
Skills and Experience Required:
We are looking for friendly, switched on people with drive and determination who are lateral thinkers, you will be dealing with busy desks, so resilience, organisation and multi tasking is a must!
