About the role
Situated in Melbourne's CBD Exhibition Street, 2 minutes' walk from parliament station close to great cafes and shopping, dining, and top-tier retail, you'll be working in a modern office building five days a week.
You will be on a rotating roster, working your 8-hour shift within the hours of 8am and 8pm - Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone relating to customer collections
•Accurately update and process customer information into systems
•Take ownership of customer commitments and deliver timely resolutions
•Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex cases
•Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
What We're Looking For:
•Strong customer service skills
•Previous experience in Telco and Debt Collection roles is advantageous but not essential
•Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach
