Afternoon Shift

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator and Forklift Driver to join our leading client based in Dandenong South.
Based on an afternoon shift, the successful candidate will operate machinery and manage the movement of goods within the facility.

Casual rate for afternoon shift is $35.92 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse or production floor.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator and/or Forklift Driver in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License (essential).
• Strong understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
