About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and physically fit Process Workers to join the team at our client's Thomastown facility. This role involves manual tasks that require physical strength, including lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually break apart honeycomb products
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and pallets
• Lift weights of up to 25kgs
• Maintain food hygiene standards and complete HACCP logs
• Perform general cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25kgs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Availability for work Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred
