On offer is a great opportunity to take the lead on Afternoon Shift working within the Food Manufacturing Industry in a state-of-the-art new facility (12 months old) for an Industry Leader based in Brisbane.

Leading a team up to 40 with expectation to grow in numbers, you will oversee the entire Manufacturing Process within this (FMCG) environment.
Safety and Quality are key along with a continuous improvement mind set that will see you initiating new processes, waste elimination and mentoring staff to achieve greater results

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in the continued growth and future development of the Facility.
