This is a great opportunity to support the CEO, National Facility Managers and Business Development Team to drive the growth and expansion of the business.

In this busy role you will be provided with a variety of tasks including but not limited to below
·Contribute and maintain to the already existing sales pipeline and report accordingly.
·Identify, research and target prospective clients and industries to approach including gathering market and lead information
·Review tender opportunities through registered websites and identify new tender opportunities.
·Cold calling prospective clients and follow up regularly to achieve desired outcomes to arrange introduction meetings.
·Participate in new prospective client's introduction and or other meetings when requested.
·Work with and coordinate key stake holders to provide information in preparation and delivering quote/proposal.
·Prepare sales proposals/quotes and support in amendments to current clients' services and agreements.
·Assist in negotiating the terms of an agreement and following up to close the sale.
·Follow up Proposals/Quotes issued.
·Assist in transitioning new clients by coordinating relevant stakeholders.
·Maintain relationships with new and or prospective clients.
·Source new stakeholders/contractors when required and or if not already approved or readily available to support in potential clients.
·Assist in national or international sales requests when requested eg. Reaching out to global companies with local presence in APAC region.
·Attend scheduled meetings both local and internationally and provide information on request.
·Assist with all other Sales/Operations related tasks when requested.
·Create and maintain a services rate card to be issue to prospective clients with company capability statement.
·Support in General Administration tasks and projects when requested.
·Support to update and provide content to the international team on local developments.
·Support to maintain and develop a Sales/Marketing Newsletters and or any other marketing campaigns for distribution.
·Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns e.g., Christmas cards/gift.
·Update and maintain capability presentations and promotional brochures on request.
·Recommend improvements and innovative ideas.
