The Job
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be on the road, fixing and maintaining coffee and food equipment for our clients' large customers. You'll also help install new equipment and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues on coffee and food machines
• Do regular maintenance to keep things from breaking down
• Install and set up new machines on-site
• Build good relationships with customers and keep them happy
• Handle paperwork, including invoicing
• Follow safety procedures and site rules
• Keep your van stocked so you're always ready for the next job
• Work with the team to make sure things run smoothly

What You Need

We're looking for someone who's got:

• A valid electrical license
• Experience working on electrical machines
• Solid fault-finding skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
• Experience with 3-phase systems and service boards ideal
• Basic computer skills (for job logging)
• Great customer service and communication skills
