Production Supervisor Night Shift

10pm 6am | Monday to Friday (Some Weekend Work Required)
Training: First 4 Weeks | 6am 2pm

$45.26 per hour
Saturday Rate - $52.22 p/h for 1st 2 hours and then $69.63 p/h
Sunday Rate - $69.63 p/h


Join an industry leader at our state-of-the-art Horsley Park facility, equipped with the latest European technology. We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our night shift team and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Do:
•Lead and manage a team of 20 casual staff (labour hire)
•Ensure high standards of performance and team engagement
•Troubleshoot and maintain production flow in case of machine issues
•Use systems like SAP (training provided)
•Support training and development of team members

What We're Looking For:
Strong people management and leadership skills (this is our top priority)
Ability to troubleshoot minor machinery or production issues
Basic computer literacy (SAP experience a bonus training provided)
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Must Haves:
•Own car and valid driver's licence
•Full work rights in Australia (no overseas or student visas)
•Ability to pass a national police check
