Key client relationships have been secured and Contact Centre operations commenced late in 2024.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process to attract and retain top talent to meet business needs.
Your expertise in bulk hiring, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement will be key to the continued success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
•Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to recruit contact centre agents at scale.
•Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessment centres, and onboarding.
•Partner with business leaders to align recruitment plans with workforce needs.
•Utilise data-driven insights to optimise hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire.
•Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
•Manage relationships with universities, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
•Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Key attributes and experience required:
•Proven experience in high-volume recruitment for contact centres or similar environments.
•Hands-on experience talent sourcing strategies, tracking applications and workforce planning.
•Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Experience implementing DEI recruitment strategies.
Essential Criteria:
•Ability to work flexibly to meet hiring deadlines and recruitment cycles.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills to track hiring performance.
