Based in Moorabbin, this is an ongoing casual day-shift position offering excellent pay, autonomy, and the chance to work with advanced plastics moulding and automation equipment.

As part of the Pact Packaging Australia team, you'll help keep production running smoothly in a clean, HACCP-certified facility that values safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Role

Perform breakdown repairs, preventative and routine maintenance on plastics moulding machines and related equipment

Fault find, test, and replace components to ensure production reliability

Assist production and engineering teams to meet daily output and quality targets

Suggest process and machinery improvements to boost performance and uptime

Maintain strong safety, housekeeping, and documentation standards

What You'll Bring

Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter (Cert III or equivalent)


Proven experience in manufacturing or packaging maintenance

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Solid communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable with CMMS and automation systems
