We're currently hiring Collections Consultants to join a global business process management team based in Melbourne CBD.

About the Role:
You'll be working full-time from a vibrant, modern office just steps away from public transport, shops, and cafes. The position operates on a rotating roster between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to customer calls and managing collections-related queries
• Accurately updating customer records
• Taking ownership of issues and ensuring timely resolutions
• Collaborating with your team to solve complex problems
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in Telco or Collections (a bonus, but not essential)
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and focus on solutions
