Our client is an Integrated Facilities Management Company servicing over 35 countries and nationwide Australia. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Facilities Coordinator / Cleaning Supervisor.
This role supports the National Facility Managers with day-to-day operational tasks for a national portfolio of commercial clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Conduct onsite client inspections and rectify non-conformances and quality assurance as they arise.
•Coordinate and monitor reactive maintenance requests, including emergencies.
•Assist with new client startups to ensure smooth transitions.
•Conduct walkthroughs for new proposals/tenders when requested.
•Provide recommendations for new business to the internal team.
•Lead and support in providing training, mentoring, performance feedback and toolbox meetings to frontline staff.
•Hands on cleaning & maintenance tasks may be required when/where applicable to rectify issues whilst on site.
•Support Facility Managers with requests as they arise.
•Maintain detailed records of cleaning inspections, incidents, and training
•Identify and report cleaning and or maintenance opportunities and or non-conformances as they arise.
Experience & Skills:
•Supervisory experience in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance is highly favourable.
•Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Software required.
•Ability to work outside standard business hours.
•Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and general maintenance services.
•Favourable to have knowledge in use of commercial cleaning equipment .
•Willingness to travel interstate when required.
•Experience with cleaning estimation and processes for commercial buildings.
•Must hold a valid driver's licence
Remuneration:
A suitable remuneration package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be required to use their own vehicle, with an allowance provided by the company. A laptop and mobile phone will also be provided.
