Our client is a leading food manufacturing organization in Australasia, producing high-quality meat and plant-based products for the global market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Process Workers to join their team in Cleveland.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday (Ongoing Work)
• Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm | $30.31/hr + 11.5% Super
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - Finish | $33.95/hr + 11.5% Super

Your Duties Will Include:

• Manual handling and working on fast-paced production lines
• Handling raw and cooked meat, chicken, pork, and coconuts
• Performing quality checks and maintaining hygiene standards
• Rotating through various tasks to support production flow
• Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
• Full, unrestricted Australian work rights (No student visas)
• Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
• A high level of physical fitness - able to stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Willingness to comply with strict hygiene rules - no jewellery, make-up, fake nails, or strong fragrances
