We are seeking an experienced Line Leader to join our production team which specialise in manufacturing aeroguard and aerosol cans.


About the Job:

• Temp to perm opportunity with long-term potential
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm (AM shift)
• Required to rotate to 2:00pm-10:00pm (PM shift) during busy summer periods
• Rates: $34/hr (AM) | $38.70/hr (PM)
• Located in Fairfield East
• Immediate start available
• Working in an aerosol and aeroguard manufacturing warehouse

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting, fault finding, and adjusting machinery as required
• Performing regular quality checks and maintaining production flow
• Demonstrating mechanical aptitude by stripping machines and resolving issues
• Keeping the line running smoothly and safely throughout the shift
• Completing production paperwork and basic reporting
• Monitoring and supporting a small team of 3 machine operators on the production line

What We're Looking For:

• Proven mechanical aptitude is a MUST - you'll need to clearly explain how you diagnose and resolve machine issues
• Prior line leading or team leadership experience is highly desirable
• Able to work on both AM and PM shifts as required
• Must be able to pass a police check
• Must have a reliable method of transport to get to Fairfield East
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused attitude
