Located in Blacktown, this is a great opportunity to join an industry leader with a sustained success in their field.

They are looking for an experienced Machine Operator who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to pay excellent attention to detail.

Based on a day shift from 7am to 3pm, the site operations are 24/7, so regular contribution to the weekend overtime will be a requirement one trained.

There is a genuine opportunity for further progression for the right candidate.

Skills & Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving problems at the root cause
• With the use of small hand tools, making minor machine adjustments to address efficiency and product non-conformances
• Strong focus on safety and able to apply methodologies to improve processes
• A commitment to quality
• Results driven
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends
• Hold a current NSW forklift licence or be willing to obtain one
