Are you a qualified Maintenance Fitter with a passion for keeping fast-paced production environments running smoothly?
We're looking for a proactive and safety-focused individual to join our high-performing maintenance team.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance on high-speed production equipment. You'll work hands-on with machinery, carry out fault finding and repairs, and contribute to installation and overhaul projects. Your focus will be on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting smooth shift transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using RCA and FMEA techniques
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and overhauls
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations across shifts
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow scheduled service plans
• Promote and adhere to safe work practices and procedures
What We're Looking For:
• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a high-speed, continuous manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in mechanical fault finding, repairs, and equipment overhaul
• Familiarity with TPM, RCA, and FMEA principles
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Additional Requirements (Desirable):
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Confined Space / Working at Heights Certification
• Lockout Tagout (LOTO) knowledge
• Manual Handling and WHS training
