We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a leading production facility in Horsley Park, featuring the latest in European automated technology.


About the Job:

• Temp to perm opportunity with long-term potential
• Location: Horsley Park
• Shift options available:

AM Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm - $66.25/hr
PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm - $76.18/hr

• Immediate start available
• Clean, fully automated warehouse environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing both scheduled and reactive maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical faults to minimise downtime
• Replacing motors, pumps, and mechanical components
• Using MEX for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Carrying out TIG welding and light fabrication work (stainless steel)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a production environment
• Confident with mechanical fault finding and replacing motors/pumps
• Must have an Australian Recognised Trade/Qualification
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• TIG welding and fabrication experience highly regarded
• Willing to complete a police check
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, each week
