We are currently seeking experienced Quality Control Officers to join our growing team. Multiple positions are available across day, afternoon, and night shifts (Monday to Friday).

This is a critical role that will see you actively working in the manufacturing area performing inline checks, take off inspections and collaborating with the production team.

Day shift $43.30
Afternoon Shift $49.80
Night Shift $56.29
Pathway to full time

Key Responsibilities
Understand and uphold company policies relating to quality, product safety, and compliance
Support the Quality Lead in maintaining and verifying the HACCP plan and broader quality management systems
Actively participate as a member of the Quality Assurance team
Review and monitor production records to ensure compliance with internal quality systems
Maintain document control: archive, update, and issue quality procedures and related documentation
Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints in collaboration with Production and Process team
Perform internal product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards
Oversee HACCP verification activities and calibration of equipment in line with the Quality Manua
Monitor and promote Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance across the site

Requirements;
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Quality Control Officer role, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Assurance, or a related field
Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
