The Role:
As the Site Maintenance Manager, you will take ownership of the maintenance strategy across the site, ensuring high equipment reliability and leading a skilled team through transformational change. You will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and enhancing safety and sustainability performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering team.
•Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site KPIs.
•Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production performance.
•Manage maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects.
•Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
•Champion change management and drive engagement at all levels.
About You:
•Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably within the paper or process manufacturing industry.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance strategies.
•Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational change.
•Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
•Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
