Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to lead a strong operations team? Or perhaps a seasoned Team Leader looking to step up? We're seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a high-performing logistics team, managing 810 staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient movement of stock, managing staff performance, and ensuring best-practice warehouse operations. From daily dispatch coordination to monthly reporting and toolbox talks, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in keeping things moving.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and support 810 team members in day-to-day warehouse functions
•Oversee receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations
•Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
•Ensure safety checks and WHS compliance across all warehouse activities
•Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly client inventory reports
•Coordinate preventative maintenance for warehouse equipment
•Maintain clean, secure, and compliant storage areas
•Proactively plan resources based on upcoming workloads
•Conduct one-on-ones, daily ops meetings, and weekly toolbox talks
•Liaise with freight providers and ensure timely delivery outcomes

Requirements
•Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
•Valid forklift licence
•Strong planning and delegation skills
•Sound understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
•Proficient computer skills; Excel and inventory systems a plus
•High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
•Strong written and verbal English
•Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
•Police name check and full working rights required
